  HAHA! So, the husband and I were looking here to see if my review from 7/13/2016 is still here, and of course it is not. Funny, we went to the office yesterday, and I mentioned the Google reviews being negative, and it looks like the girl we spoke to, Nicole, either said something or somehow got my review deleted, after she spoke to my husband today, and asked him not to bring me back, because she felt she was being yelled at, because I asked her how she felt when she gave people these homes and lied to them. Guess what though? My review is posted on other sites. If you want to keep deleting it, and lying to innocent people, then I'll keep posting it to help them! Here ya go! We even printed out other reviews, including mine, that you tried to delete! By the way, our home has fleas, and we don't have pets. These people DO NOT do pest control, and are very rude on the phone, but try to act timid and meek in person. Fraud asses.
  
  If your family gets offered placement here, run for your life. The homes themselves are worse than the city. Our house is a duplex with tile floors ALL OVER, no washer or dryer, no furniture, termites, other random insects and arachnids, and we can't even open the doors or windows without dust and dirt flying into our home THROUGH SCREENS. For all of this, it's $1,194 EVEN THOUGH WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD ONLY BE $1,000. The only reasons we took this home were because, there was nothing closer on post, and one of the Sgt.'s told us to. They didn't even clean the home before we moved in. We had to clean it upon moving in, while also buying things to fix the toilets, sinks, and shower, AFTER MAINTENANCE NEVER CAME. We put in an order in early April, it is now July 13th. They pretty much take money out of my husband's check for a dirt pile. They refuse to let us out of the lease, unless we give them $1,000 and $200 for a cleaning fee. THE HOUSE WAS DIRTY WHEN WE GOT IT! I left a detailed voicemail, since they like to not answer phones, and instead of them calling me back, they simply PLAYED THE VOICEMAIL FOR MY HUSBAND'S SGT. We even found a cheaper and better place, but Balfour Beatty refuses to let us out of the lease, and we can't pay for 2 places. So, the housing is awful, and you'll be broke if you have a family. Also, they've been doing construction since we moved in, but failed to tell us this would be a continuous thing. So we're paying $1,194 for unfinished dirt piles? *Randy Jackson voice* Yeah, that's a no from me, dawg.
